Most shop software is built for shops ten times your size.

That's why it has fifty screens you'll never open, why it takes a week to learn, and why it costs three hundred dollars a month. You're a few bays and a couple of techs. You know your customers by name. You don't need an enterprise system.

BayFlow does the handful of things a small shop actually does, and does them without getting in the way. And it shows you something most of them hide: what each job actually made you after parts.

WHAT IT DOES

Eight screens. That's the whole thing.

If it isn't listed here, BayFlow doesn't do it — which is rather the point.

Work orders

Open a job, put it in a bay, assign a tech, track it to done. Parts, labour and totals add themselves up.

Bay board

An hour-by-bay grid for the day. You can see at a glance what's in, what's open, and what's running long.

Estimates and invoices

One screen for both. Estimates stay editable, convert to an invoice in a click, and lock once they're paid.

What each job actually made

Record what you paid for the parts and BayFlow shows your margin per job. It never appears on the customer's copy.

Customers and vehicles

Every car, every visit, what they've spent with you. VIN decoding fills in year, make, model and engine for you.

Used tire inventory

What's on the rack, what it cost, what it's worth. Sell part of a set and the rest stays in stock.

Reports

Revenue by day, week or month against parts cost, so you're looking at profit rather than just takings.

Printing

Clean estimates and invoices on paper, for shops whose customers pay at the counter.

And what it leaves out

Worth knowing before you sign up, rather than after.

No payment processing
You take payment at the counter on the machine you already have. Nobody skims a percentage.
No digital inspections
Small shops phone their customers. That works better than a photo gallery, and it's free.
No texting or booking bot
Your customers call you. We'd rather build the parts you use every day properly first.
PRICING

One plan. One price.

No tiers, no add-ons, nothing held back for a higher plan.

Not open to everyone yet

BayFlow is being tested with a small number of shops first, so it's steady before it's busy. Leave your details and we'll come to you when there's a place.

Your email, to tell you when there's a place. Nothing else, and nobody else.

Questions

I'm not a computer person. Is this going to be a problem?
That's who it's built for. There's no manual and no training. If you can write a work order on paper you can write one here.
Does it take payments?
No, and that's deliberate. You already have a debit machine that charges you less than a software company would. BayFlow records what was owed and what was paid — the money moves at your counter, like it does now.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, in one click, the whole lot. It stays available even if your subscription lapses — you can always read, print and export what you put in. We'd rather keep you because the software is good.
What happens to my old system's data?
Talk to us before you switch. Depending on what you're on now, customer and vehicle lists can usually be brought across.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever.
